Black Creek Community Farm

Black Creek Community Farm is an eight-acre certified organic urban farm in Toronto's northwest. The site includes vegetable fields, forest trails, greenhouses, a food forest, chickens, beehives, and spaces for community learning. The farm's mission is to strengthen the community through healthy food, hands-on education, and leadership opportunities, with a focus on food justice and supporting Black and equity-deserving youth.

Plan B Organic Farm is a family owned & operated 30 acre certified organic vegetable farm in Flamborough, Ontario. We deliver fresh fruit, vegetables, and prepared foods directly to local households around Hamilton, Halton, & Toronto. We find and build relationships with other certified organic farmers across Southern Ontario to bring their delicious food to our customers through our Multi-Farm Organic Food Box program.

Wheelbarrow Farm

Wheelbarrow Farm was founded in the spring of 2008 on a 10 acre parcel of land, about an hour northeast of Toronto, Ontario and grows over 50 different types of vegetable crops, flowers, fruit and nuts trees to service Toronto farmers' markets and a CSA program.
